Persons who do not abide by these rules will be returned to pick up point without refund!

We will not be responsible for loss of any item left in vehicle.
No liquor allowed in the vehicle for persons under the age of 21.
No illegal substances or firearms allowed in vehicle at any time.
No unsafe activity that jeopardizes the driver or passenger.
A $100.00 charge will be charged for any excessive cleaning.
No refund will be given if the customer uses less than the contracted hours.
No refund for reservation deposits on any cancellations.
A $250.00 charge will be charged for for any excessive damage to vehicle (i.e., acrylic lights broken, damaged speakers)
Additional hours which exceed contracted hours will be billed at normal rates.
We are not responsible for our cancellations due to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, weather, mechanical failures, etc.
